James and Dora met while serving together as volunteer missionaries, fell in love, and married. Shortly after, they launched Ephesians 4:12 Ministry- Building, Strengthening, and Equipping God's Church Body. 

Prayer led James and Dora to relocate to Panama in 2023. They continue to serve local churches and people through their online ministries, which inspire over 6,200 followers.  In 2025, Dora launched a counseling and prayer support ministry. Afterward, they both felt led to provide wise counseling and prayer ministry support to everyone connected to them.[See Prayer Ministry Tab].

Support Ephesians 4:12 Ministry

Ephesians 4:12 Ministry is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Tax Exempt Ministry. 

In 2003, James responded to the Lord's calling to be a witness to God's amazing grace and truth. Suddenly and passionately, God's calling became an all-consuming fire that began to mold, shape, and redefine the new person that James was becoming. Once James recognized his Savior, he counted the cost, burned his bridges, put his hand to the plow, and, by the power of God's grace, he never looked back. 

In 2016, James wrote the book "Crisis of Belief," which we give to others that we disciple. Over 6,000 people have also downloaded free copies [See Tab Free Book]. His personal testimonies flow from living a missionary lifestyle-moving wherever God leads, giving to the Lord everything he owns, pouring himself into others, and sharing the gospel. When the Lord led him to organize "The Power of the Cross Festival," which targeted 360 churches and para-church ministries in Austin, TX, he paid for the festival out of his retirement savings. James started ministries and led hundreds of people to Christ, consistently investing his time in reaching, teaching, and inspiring the over 6,200 people connected to his Facebook Ministry.
