James and Dora met while serving together as missionaries, fell in love, and married. Shortly after, they launched Ephesians 4:12 Ministry- Building, Strengthening, and Equipping God's Church Body. 

James and Dora felt led to move to Panama in 2023. They continue to serve local churches and also through their online ministries, which inspire over 6,200 followers.  In early 2025, Dora launched a counseling and prayer support ministry. Afterward, they both felt led to provide Godly counseling and prayer ministry to support everyone connected to them, which is free.

Ephesians 4:12 Ministry is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Tax Exempt Ministry.

In 2016, James wrote the first edition of  "Crisis of Belief," which we give to others that we disciple. Well over 6,000 people have also downloaded free copies.

In 2003, James responded to the Lord's calling to be a witness to God's amazing grace and truth. Suddenly and passionately, God's calling became an all-consuming fire that began to mold, shape, and redefine the new person that James was becoming. Once James recognized his Savior, he counted the cost, burned his bridges, put his hand to the plow, and, by the power of God's grace, he never looked back. 

After he recognized his Savior in 2003, James began sharing his personal testimony, living a missionary lifestyle by moving wherever God led, giving to the Lord everything he owned, pouring himself into others, strengthening the Church, and sharing the gospel. Later, when the Lord led him to organize "The Power of the Cross Festival," which targeted 360 churches and para-church ministries in Austin, TX, he paid for the festival out of his retirement savings. Over the years, James started ministries and led hundreds of people to Christ, consistently investing his time in reaching, teaching, and inspiring the over 6,200 people connected to his Facebook Ministry.
